Katie was very attentive to my needs. She was very aware of her pressure and overall massage. Her draping was excellent, and I was extremely comfortable with her. The front desk lady was also very knowledgeable. I was super confused about the Christmas in July decorations, but she was very helpful in educating me on the sale and specials without pressuring me.

James was knowledgeable and professional He used firm pressure, He was receptive to my requests.
