I am very pleased with my massages, however I am confused why it is impossible it seems to keep my payment to the $59.95 I am supposedly “grandfathered in” for? Every month I am automatically charged $10 more & it has to be corrected. Why isn’t there a way to correct this price permanently? There must be a way to put my monthly direct payment in @ $59.95, surely, instead of this monthly inconvenience? Also, I had a $45 massage birthday coupon, that came from a Hand & Stone on Federal Blvd., where I have never gone & it was not honored, where I always go on County Line & University. Why didn’t I get one from there or get the $15 off from my home salon? That doesn’t seem fair. Please address these two issues, as I am a long time & happy client!
