My muscles are always a mess from CrossFit. Colin is great at finding the origin of pain and working out the muscle.

The receptionists (Sierra and Olivia) make one feel very welcome. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist (Colin) applied the correct pressure and used the theragun for the first time. He relieved an issue I had on my glutes.

Timely schedule; ability of therapists to work on problem areas.

Patty is an amazing massage therapist who listens to my needs. She works to prescribe the right treatment for me each time I see her and has a warm, friends, and highly professional way about her.
