Excellent customer service. Front desk was great! Eugene was great! I was a little alarmed that masks could be off while facedown- I think it would be safer for everyone to be masked the whole time.

The receptionists were very hospitable and he front desk was extremely clean in appearance. My massage therapist was right on time, even a few minutes early. He inquired if there was any particular area that he need to work on, but I had nothing specific. The massage was comfortable.

I appreciate Hand and Stone’s use of the latest technology and procedures for skin care. I know I will get honest service when coming in.
