Megan was great and front desk ladies were very friendly and nice!

I guess so far I feel like I have been matched up with amazing massage therapist. I have had bed experiences in other hand and stone places this one has been amazing the receptionist are very professional and friendly and I have never felt like I was waiting there time. This is why drive to this one instead of going to the store’s closest to my house.

I have been a Hand & Stone customer at the Highlands Ranch location since its opening. I appreciate the convenient location and ability to schedule appointments through the app.

Colin is an excellent massage therapist. He is a good listener, is in tune with areas that need attention, is professional and consistently provides an great massage that is therapeutic and relaxing.

This was my first even massage and I was a little bit anxious. Izzy at front desk put my concerns to rest. Cara was just plain extraordinary in her technique and her bedside manner. An awesome experience for a first timer.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist was great. It was an especially satisfying massage. The pressure was perfect. My therapist always does a full body massage and it seems like he now knows how I like to be massaged.

really like my massage therapist (gigi) and esthetician (tasha) (even though i wasn't told before i got there that patti wouldn't be available for my facial). i've typically been pretty happy with the service i receive from past (and current) massage therapist and esthetician. but i feel like, just when i find a person i like, they leave.
