My therapist was great, chatted enough to be friendly but also quiet and calm enough to help me feel relaxed and at ease. I always feel like the sound quality is great, I never hear other guests.

I would rather tell you about an issue that you can correct. The room was very warm, like uncomfortable. She had the fan on and the bed heat off. The hallway was comfortable, but the room was too warm.

I was immediately greeted as I walked in the, the staff member was incredibly friendly, and I barely waited for Crystal even though I arrive someone early. The facility itself is always clean, calming, and smells absolutely wonderful.
