I’m primarily highly satisfied because my massage therapist, Kylie, does a phenomenal job of addressing my chronic joint issues. It’s also easy to book out several appointments in the app to ensure I can get in at preferred times & days. All services I’ve gotten over the years have been positive experiences.

In the 3+ years I've been a regular customer of Hand & Stone, I've only ever had a single billing issue that was resolved incredibly quickly by my aesthetician. Everyone is always friendly and prompt. Additionally, the physical space has always been spotless and there has always been more than enough room for everyone in the reception area.
