The esthetician looked at my skin and suggested things my face needed. I would have gotten a regular facial otherwise. My skin felt great during and now after my appointment

My massage therapist was amazing!! She knew her stuff!! I had a pinched nerve and inflammation in my neck and shoulder area, she really took her time and made sure I was comfortable and offered products to make me feel great! I felt like a million bucks leaving that room! My neck and shoulder still feel much better! Just sad that she isn’t there on days that I am off. The mamaroneck front desk is way more professional and nicer then the Yonkers location. Also the Yonkers location never has appointments available unless you book them a month in advance. You need more therapist at that location please. Much closer to my home.

It was easy to make an appointment. The service was better than I anticipated. I am definitely booking another appointment.

The people at the front desk are great and very helpful and kind and take the time to listen to me and the needs that I am looking to have addressed during my appointment. The person doing the message was AMAZING - they worked wonders. I highly recommend them all and will happily continue to use my membership. I find the price of the membership to be very good for the services performed. I am a happy customer!!

I like the relaxing ambience and quiet atmosphere. The massage therapists Ive had have been great.

Experienced masseuse clean room good front desk service

Alyssa was highly knowledgeable and did a terrific job with my facial. The room was pleasant, clean and I enjoyed the music. I asked for recommendations on products and after a few days I see a difference. I can’t wait to go back in a month!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a different person giving me a facial my usual lady was not working. This lady was great! Pleasant relaxing and enjoyable facial experience.just what I needed.

Everything is always above average . When I joined the club I thought there was a location close to my home . This makes it more difficult to book and for that reason I'm considering stopping membership. Other wise very satisfied if I were able to get an appt. without a weeks notice .

I had gone to a Hand n Stone franchise in Hicksville Long Island. Mamaroneck is much better and I am happy with the services. I have arthritis and William really helps with the deep tissue massage. I booked two more months ahaed with him
