The place was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the different options i was given besides my massage. I will come back for sure and bring a friend too.

Facility was clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. Arrived 15 mins early as instructed and appointment started 15 mins late. Sitting in reception area for 30 mins was way too long.

Massage therapist (Chris) was very attentive and excellent at his job. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. Hand and Stone has a pleasant ambiance.

After having difficulty in booking which is an issue that should be explored, I had a wonderful estician named yahaira. The music in the rooms is too loud and not conducive to restful atmosphere.

The room was way too cold but I didn't say anything!! I'm sure if I did, Andrew would have resolved it

The staff at the Mamaroneck Hand & Stone, as well as the massage therapist (Chris), did an outstanding job during my visit. They were able to schedule me quickly and were very efficient during my time there.

The woman who performed by facial was kind, gentle, and patient. She was clearly knowledgeable in her profession and knew what to do with my skin. I would definitely recommend her and the services that were provided.

The service was very satisfying. It is a good value for the money. The location is very convenient for me. The availability of appointments is convenient for me and my lifestyle.
