There are very few places that exist anymore where the staff is as accommodating and polite and attentive to your needs, as i always experience when I go to Hand and Stone. This is the only location that I have used so i can not speak for your other locations but the front desk staff is exceptional!! I would not do a facial again as i do not need them and really don't care for them but I will continue to return for massages, as they do an outstanding job. The place is immaculately clean, smells incredible and you use natural products, which is a bonus. Excellent. I highly recommend and have told friends they should join.

Chris was knowledgeable and very skilled in deep tissue massage and working on my highly problematic areas of chronic pain. I have already scheduled another visit with Chris.

Everyone was accommodating. Therapist asked me about pressure on a few occasions and made sure to target the areas I asked him to. The facial was great with good information about my skin type. Also targeted my problem areas.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable making me feel great from the beginning. I booked an 80 minute hot stone with a 10 minute foot reflexology. I was hoping that it would help with a chronic neck shoulder problem as well as congestion in my nose and chest. I am happy to tell you that I am still feeling the amazing effects of this session. Yvonne was FABULOUS! I have already made my next session with her!
