Check-in was a little confusing. They didn’t have my appointment even though I showed them it on my phone. Everything else was OK.

I was very satisfied with my facial if I can give my girl 100 I would. What I’m not satisfied with is not being able to get a massage for almost 2 months.

Can be difficult to book an appointment at a time you’d like. My product selections are often not available and take quite a while to arrive when ordered. My preferred therapist is often absent.

I was satisfied with my hand and stone experience. Just wish the therapist would not have a high turn over rate

My massage was less than 50 minutes. Hands on time was about 47 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened. I think massage therapist should use a timer and set for 50 minutes. When you are paying $90 for 50 minutes, it’s about $2 a minute, so a loss of 3 minutes is a loss of $6.
