I thought the overall ambience seemed old and dated. The lighting was bright and not dimmed. I just did not feel like the space was relaxing and modern and like a true sanctuary.

The therapist was great but I like less talking during the service so I can relax more.

When going for a massage, I expect to be relaxed, but this was not the case. There should be a room inside the reception desk where guests can go before and after a massage to relax, not just go straight into the massage room and straight out into the reception area which was cold and bright. Also the quality of the sheet and blanket on the table was horrible. They were scratchy and old and I did not feel comfortable putting them on my body. My masseuse was excellent, however, I did tell him several times to decrease his pressure, but it was still a lot. He was strong! That is actually good, but I wasn't really able to relax because the pressure was too much and it hurt. He was trying to relieve my pains, but I didn't want more pain. However, the next day, I did feel good and I still do feel good so he was an effective masseuse.

It would be helpful to let clients know that when you book a 90 minute massage, the actual massage isn’t 90 minutes.

I thought it was a good experience. We ran a little late in getting into the room and then stopped a few minutes prior to 11 so they could clean the room. Will know to book a 90 minute appt next time.

I was very unsatisfied with my facial one of the products she put on my face stung, and my face didn’t feel clean and refreshed when I left, it felt very heavy with too much creamy products on my face. It was an anti-aging facial, which I guess should’ve been expected, but it seems like very few were used and I just didn’t enjoy it to the point I might not get a facial again

I believe the process could be better. Many errors are usually made with my membership and this lessens the appeal for me. I will monitor it for future visits.

I am satisfied with my membership and my usual massage therapist. The only times I have been disappointed is when I go to see someone else. I rated on average for this survey. I've had some bad massages, some long wait times and a bad facial. However, I tried the facial again with someone else and loved it and I found a massage therapist I love, so I'm highly satisfied as long as I see them - specifically. I expect the style to vary across therapists but not quality, so that is a bit disappointing. For a membership program, I wish I didn't have to see specific people to have a good experience because it can make scheduling difficult but I work around it.

I love getting massages. However, i moved to another hand and stones because the one near me never had appointments. Weekend appointments are hard to come by.
