- Too sales focused to relax. While I waited in the reception area, the receptionist were cold calling former customers to try and sell them gift certificates. Doesn't get you in the mood for a massage. At the end of my massage, my therapist said I should come back next month. And then when i was leaving the receptionist tried to sell me a yearly plan. Enough already, you ruined the relaxing experience.

Just hard to find appointment times on the weekends or to fit my work schedule.

I was not taken on time and feel that I did not get my full time. Although I was not unhappy with my experience, I did not feel that it was as good as others I have had in the past

Loved my services. This location is a bit further from my home.

There was no spa area where I could freshen up or relax.

Just took a while to get an appointment and there was a little mixup about appointment times and me confirming before I came to Mamaroneck I live in Connecticut, but I did book to have a massage once a week with the gal that I had she was very knowledgeable and very pleasant . Her name was ILSA

Hard time getting appointments sometimes

The therapist was very chatty and I wanted to just relax. When I told him this he honored my request. He also could have timed his movements during the massage more equally

She didn't need ao knowledgable
