I was not highly satisfied because when I was taken to the room, the room was not set up for my appointment. Not a big deal but this is why I marked satisfied.

The aromatherapy was extremely limited and not at all worth the expense.

I do not have enough time to use the pre-purchased coupons. When I do, most of the appt times are already booked. The closest location is Mamaroneck, and I had a horrible experience with Andrew, and because of him, I will never book a male masseuse. I literally have anxiety over it.

It is very hard to get a massage appointment on the weekends when it is convenient for me.

Was not given iPad until approximately 5 minutes before my appointment although I was sitting there 30 minutes before my appointment

Better communication when confirming what type of massage customer came in for. Booked a hot stone massage but was not given one. Still had a great regular massage though.

I was charged an additional 30 for a sensitive skin facial, was not told this would be the cost. Was just told that this was the type of facial they would use. I let it go this time, in the future I will know to ask but this put a real bad taste in my mouth.

I was satisfied with my visit. Normally I would give highly satisfied after several visits and the service is consistent. As if now I plan in returning and gave a 5 star Google review after my visit.

Just at the receptionist desk for payment, it was not calculated properly with my gift certificate but the problem was resolved when someone else steppe in and took over!

I have been there before with other massage therapists and it was a better experience. The massage therapist I had this time was very sweet but seemed inexperienced and for the price of a massage there, it was disappointing.
