Not as welcoming as the previous owners!

I had to ask about what was being done- this had not been my experience at other spas in the past.

Met my needs

I loved my massage experience. I had a pain in the neck which was addressed with the therapist saying I should expect to not have the next day and it was back with a vengeance. The therapist was also 10 mins late and it was never acknowledged by anyone, I saw all other customers go in way before me and no one said anything.

It is difficult to schedule an appointment and use a gift card for your appointment. The front desk was not very helpful with the gift card issue.

I enjoyed my massage but couldn’t answer the question if I would tell anyone in the next 90 days

There was a loud conversation going on for over 15 minutes outside of the room and even my therapist noticed it and apologized for it. Long conversations should be held elsewhere so as not to disturb clients.

My appointment was for 3pm. I showed up at 2:50pm to confirm I filled out the correct forms, which I had, so I sat in the waiting area. I was not taken back until 3:10pm and the facial did not actually begin until 3:26pm. I felt that I was forgotten about as no one acknowledged the fact that my appointment started 20 minutes late and was left alone in my facial room for about 15+ minutes with no explanation as to why. Although the facial was extremely hydrating and a great experience for my skin and self, it only lasted about 45 minutes total, which I felt was a bit absurd considering it cost $105. If I’m paying the same rate as a massage, it should last the same amount of time — a full hour.

I am usually very satisfied with my visit to hand and stone. One minor complaint is that it was cold in the waiting room and the massage room. It was uncomfortable during the massage.

I was very satisfied. I just wanna come again. Think I had a coupon I thought the price was fair. I think that I will do a regular massage rather than the stones so that I feel the massage more. But I was happy
