I left with an uncomfortable amount of massage oil in my hair. Is it fair to criticize after asking for concentration on my neck and shoulders? Probably not.

I think the therapist could have spent some extra time. She didn't use the full 60mins

i liked the esthetician very much. i didn't have a lot of problems or issues so it felt that the appointment was a little shorter than usual. and the clock in the room seemed fast. I also had a massage and that wasn't as good as usual so that's another reason I put satisfied.

60 minute massage ended at about 45 minutes, not sure if this is normal? Otherwise was an Okay experience - not great, not bad. Somewhere in the middle. Therapist and staff were very nice. Didn't realize the time until I left and looked at my watch.

It’s very clean, the staff is awesome. It’s close to my job so I can go after work. They take there time

I canceled my membership due its very hard for me to get an appointment based on my work schedule at Ridgehill Yonkers. But, automatic deduction still continued. I went Mamaroneck branch. So far the staff are good. I will see how these goes.
