Appointment was on time. Staff friendly and courteous. Overall a relaxing experience.

Over the phone when making appt as well as upon completion of intake form, I advised that I have sensitive facial skin and use Clinique fragrance free, sensitive skin, hypoallergenic products (avoid harsh chemicals). I was told Clarity line would be beneficial in this instance and I booked appt (Receptionist on phone was very helpful). However, I wish I was told in advance when booking appt and not by esthetician when right about to do my facial, that there would be an upgrade of $20 to receive a particular line of Clarity products specially used for sensitive skin rather than the Clarity regular facial product offered to me when I booked appt. I mentioned this to the receptionist (not the receptionist upon arrival who was also helpful) when making payment for massage and facial services and she offered no resolution of concern or mentioning the possibility of waiving the $20 fee in this instance. Overall, I was especially pleased with the massage by Melina (highly satisfied) other than loud talking in room next to room three. In addition, I was satisfied with facial by Betsy and highly satisfied with her suggestion that the specific sensitive Clarity products would be beneficial.

I enjoyed my massage, however I found it to be very distracting and extremely odd that my therapist wore gloves. It felt as if her hands were rough as well (clearly the gloves). Not what I would expect at a nice place

My biggest gripe was the wait time and how no really acknowledged me or explained what was causing the wait or even apologized for the wait.

Massage is more/less 40mn (for a 1 hour appointment); other place is 50/55mn

Everyone was very friendly and receptionists very knowledgeable. Massage therapist approach to the massage was unusual, not therapeutic nor relaxing and not what was used to from my usual massage therapist Dima, who unfortunately left the spa.I will try someone else next time.
