Hand and Stone

My experience was satisfactory overall.

One hour session lasted 50 minutes.

The massage I received was not what I expected.I got a prenatal massage and told the masseuse about my left hip pain which she addressed but I still felt the sharp pain after the massage.

I was not fond of my esthetician or massage therapist. For my facial it felt like all the time was spent on the upgrades- the new face and the LED, my skin was so dry when I left I put my own moisturizer on when I got in the car. I’ve never felt like that after a facial. I am always Dewey and glowing. The day after the facial my skin is red, irritated and so dried out my skin is peeling. I’m so upset- this has NEVER happened to me before. For the massage, I told my therapist that my lower back was sore, she proceeded to massage my lower back with intense force that I had to tell her to stop because she was hurting me. Today I have more pain in my lower back than before my massage. Next time I will have to make sure I book a month in advance so I can go back to Icela!!!

Overall experience was good. Staff was professional.

Julissa was wonderful. Totally different experience than other Hand and Stone location. She's a keeper.

I wish the therapist would have spent more time on my “problem areas” that we spoke about.

Your website isn’t the easiest to book, there are errors with the calendar.. the in store experience was excellent, the staff was friendly & welcoming. My massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable.

It was very good and I keep coming back but the experience is never mind blowing.

I find the salon to lack a customized feel. No steam or sauna services like other full service day spas
