The massage was good,not mind blowing.

The room ws too bright, and did not have enough "soft lighting" or relaxing decor.

I scheduled an appointment for my son with a therapist who it turned out could not work on a minor. We showed up after moving around other schedules, and only learned after we waited that the therapist couldn't do the service. We were offered no concession. We changed the appointment and when showed up the second time, the receptionist was uncaring, slow, and resulted in us starting our session late. Though there were no customers or phone calls she dealt with, she spent most of her time in the back. Spent 10 mins reviewing our form, which had been reviewed the first time we came and we were only able to get a 45 min massage instead of the full hour.

I would have preferred an earlier time.

left hyperpigmentation and pain after extraction of two blackheads. Hoping it will heal soon or not leave a mark for more than a few days. Other everything else was good

Liz listened to the problem areas I had and worked on them. She provided me with a pillow since I just had a baby. She asked about the pressure she was using.

Difficult in getting timely appointment

There was a mask requirement for customers who are not vaccinated. There should be a vaccination requirement for massage therapists. When I asked they said that they could not divulge that information. That’s outrageous! I should be able to make the choice of whether or not I want a non vaccinated person that close to me!

I came to this hand and stone because it had availability I needed. When I called and made the appointment the receptionist told me there was a parking lot around back. Upon getting there, being unfamiliar with the area I called trying to find the parking lot. The receptionist that answered the phone told me that the parking lot in the back had meters so I should park in the front. Not knowing I needed quarters to pay, I had none on me, she told me there was an app to use. Rushing there from work, this was a pain, to set it up and walked in a minute after my time because I was unaware of all of this. For people who have never been there this should be told to them so they are aware prior to coming. Walking in the receptionists werent very friendly or welcoming
