Hand and Stone

First visit, we started late for the massage due to the parking situation I wasn’t aware of and the extensive intake form. Front desk lady said don’t worry you’ll have your full time, but massage therapist stopped right on time.

Therapist I wanted was heavily booked; waited 2 weeks. Weekly emails listing available appts was discontinued.

I was hoping to feel more relaxed and enjoy the message.

I go for facials on a regular basis but this was my first one at hand and stone after the service my skin did not feel refreshed nor did it have that vibrant look like I have gotten with facials at other establishments when I left my face had too much cream left on it and I felt it wasn’t really like a facial more of just putting creams I also paid an extra $15 for an add-on which I was a little dissatisfy it with I will still return to Hand And Stone for massages

Wanted a deep tissue massage, didn’t feel that it was a strong enough

I had added the bio freeze and mentioned that I had the roll on with me as well and the masseuse said if she did not have enough with my upgrade then we could use mine. I thought that was odd considering I paid for the upgrade for $10 and usually the entire bottle costs that much

I had been trying to book an appointment for a prenatal massage since May. My appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled.

My massage therapist was absolutely wonderful and the front desk staff were very friendly. Both of those factors helped sway my initial opinion in which I was not satisfied with the booking process. I initially booked online for a massage appointment on 7/3, to find out day of that there was a miscommunication and there were no actual massage therapists available that day and needed to reschedule to the following week.

When called to book my massage appointment was hard to get a masseur. Had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. Receptionist on the phone was not familiar

It was a very big old service.
