Hand and Stone

I loved everything about it, except it was hands on for just 40 min. I was greeted by the therapist at appointment time. The massage started ten min after appt time and ended ten min early. I understand five minutes at each end for dressing etc, but ten min is way too long.

I paid extra for a scalp massage and I did not get one, unfortunately. Not sure if it’s the receptionists job to tell the therapist or for the therapist to read the order but a little more attention should be given on online appointments in case people like me pay for an add-on.

I’ve experienced many facials at different locations and was surprised that microcurrent was not used not offered as it helps the skin heal. The extractions were not done on my forehead nor around lips and nose where it was visible.

There was loud noise during my massage i dont know if there was construction nearby but the music didn’t mask it. And I waited 15 min past my appt but I enjoyed the massage and luz !

I arrived a lil later due yo traffic so my massage time was cut short

I was satisfy but my husband came 2 x and he was disappointed After the first experience we ask for a capable message therapist for the next appointment and he got a pregnant therapist and he felt bad asking her to intensify the message, which I told him he should have said something but he didn’t, We scheduled him another therapist and he said 3x is a stipe and he will cancel his membership, I was disappointed because we did stress that he was not happy the first time, now they want to charge him and extra $10.00 for a deep message, I’m not happy with that because he gave the therapist $30.00 tip which I said it was too much . I wrote in the pre-questionnaire and also mentioned it when asked that I'm a runner and need strong massage of my legs (and back). Massage was great for the back but very light (in term of time spent and pressure) on my legs. However I did appreciate not to have head massage as I had highlighted that I didn't want any.

The front desk staff were very nice but seemed a little inexperienced. Please be sure customers know about your policy about massages after vaccinations.

On the intake forms I wrote where I wanted massaged, and where I didn’t want to be touched. The massage therapist was EXTREMELY nice, but when we met said she had to touch there anyways. I then said you can touch around the area, but not the area, and that didn’t happen. She did ask if I felt discomfort there, but that’s not the point. I also said on the intake form and when I got there what I was looking for, and I feel like that was the area least addressed. I would not say that it was a sports massage.

With the waiting time after I changed and from when the massage actually started, I did not get the full 50 minutes of massage time.
