Everything was great; booking appointment (Sabrina was wonderful), check-in quick and easy, Valeria the aesthetician was great. The pre form was cumbersome and took time to load but the main reason for not giving a great is that I was charged $20 for a sensitive skin facial without notification. If you’re going to ask questions of someone and use their answers to up charge you should tell them. I was not once told that there is a $20 charge for sensitive skin treatment and frankly I think it’s ridiculous to charge someone for using products without fragrance.

Everything was great for the visit. No issues. My experience was very relaxing. Wish the services were not so expensive. If I did not have the subscription, I could not have booked all the services I did over the next couple of weeks.

I wanted to be able to relax and the music was very low in the room and the esthetician was making a lot of noise behind me The vapor was too strong on my face making it hard for me to breath

I felt really relaxed after the massage,everything was organized and I did not have to wait a long time.i am satisfied with the service here

Would like to have seen services included in my confirmation email. I couldn’t see the add ons.

The charges for the visit were inaccurate. Also. she was unfamiliar with utilizing a gift card. Also, parking is limited to two hours I had to leave quickly to avoid receiving a ticket.

I have had other hot stone massages and I did not feel that the one I had yesterday met the standard I am used to. My masseuse was very kind and friendly and she did her best, i was just disappointed as my expectations were higher after past massages at Hand and Stone and Red Door spa

My massage therapist was a sweetheart but her technique was sub par. The pressure was too light and At times she applied pressure directly on my back bones instead of muscles.

I was disappointed that my appointment did not start in time. I paid for an hour massage, but ended up getting 50 minutes.
