Online it says that facials are $79.95 but after receiving my facial the price jumped an extra $90. I was asked what type of facial I wanted before starting my facial but I was not told that the price would change depending on which facial I picked. This surprised me and upset me because it clearly says 1hour facials $79.95 online. Also the facial is 50 minutes not an hour which is misleading as well.

I was satisfied. I would like the staff to be required to take Covid tests and have filters in the rooms.

The massage therapist was good and during the session I felt very relaxed and enjoyed it. However when I got up off the table my back was stiff and achy and I felt kind of groggy the rest of the day. Not sure if the combination of having a back facial 2 hours before my massage might have impacted how I felt. Andrew is very good and he is friendly so I have no issues with him. I just didn't feel great afterwards.

Andrew was technically great but did not explain what he was doing and I would have preferred to talk less. I could have requested that we talk less and did not. Would have preferred much less conversation during the session

At other spas the table inclines a little if need be for my head when facing down but when facing up therapist provided pillow which was great

Issue w/NY not knowing my correct # of available pkgs. Having to call FL to verify, then having to instruct NY where to find info in computer. Took a full day almost to hear back. Facial was okay..a tad rough on extractions and no hand/arm ( warm glove) treatment during lull in svc., i.e., waiting 4 mask to dry. Could be a bit more pampering during facial.

When I first booked appointment over the phone the receptionist told me that the price was going to be a promotional $79. I ended up paying $109 for the massage that I had booked and was not aware that there was going to be such a price difference. I had asked on the phone if the $79 was for the plain message or if I could get any message for that intro rate and was told I could. My message itself was amazing and I loved my therapist so I didn’t mind paying for it but that price should have been communicated.
