I had a pain in my shoulder blade that I came in for, but after I left I was still experiencing the pain. The massage therapist did not do anything wrong (it may be caused by something that cannot be fixed through massage), but that is why I was dissatisfied with how my massage relieved aches and pains.

The cost of an add on service was not clearly communicated during the session . I am sure it was not intentional , however communication regarding cost and add on need to be clear to avoid issues at check out . Also as part of of COVID screening , my opinion is that clients and employees should be subject to a temperature check. This added measure would add to my confidence in the process.

Therapist seemed untrained. She did one foot but not the other. AlsoI told her not to do my legs but she did. They told me I didn’t have to wear a mask but I did.

Water must be made available -- in some form, again, especially after massage. Health and safety can be assured with individual bottles. I would feel comfortable using a napkin to press a button while holding a disposable cup for a water. Access to restrooms is available -- with touch areas like flush levers, faucets, and doorknobs. So should water with limited touching.

I think the new world order if COVID-19 has made it less relaxing. I understand all the precautions, but it feels very “medical procedure” not a welcome and relax Experience. Inside the treatment room was almost identical to pre-covid. But i felt more anxious calling from the outside, being allowed inside, and to sit and wait for my massage therapist to come get me.

Always very welcoming when you walk through the door. The waiting area is very calming. The therapist is very nice. Asking me questions to learn why I came and if any areas need special attention. It’s my “me time” to recoup.

I enjoyed my visit. I don't often leave a 100% review. Waiting for a wow factor I suppose. But I am enjoying my membership so far.

My massage started later than my expected appointment and ended in less time than 50 minutes hands on, I was done by 10:58.
