There is always room for improvement

I waited a few extra min in waiting room and I don’t know why

I know hands on time is 50 minutes but mine was only 47. When you pay so much, every minute counts. If you start at 10:08, you should end at 10:58 and not 10:55. Besides being shorted time, the massage was great.

I feel that aromatherapy should not be an extra fee. I did not like that my massage therapist was trying to upsell me

The massage started late (about 3 mins) and ended early (2 mins). Since it’s only an50 min massage this was 10% of my paid time that was missed. Everyone was very nice though.

I feel the facial time should be a full hour and not 45 minutes. Otherwise it was great. Just too short.

Started a couple minutes late ended a minute or two early. Not a lot shorter but I expect a 50 minute massage when paying for 50 minutes. Therapist was good but not the best I've had either. No major complaints overall a good massage

The room was freezing and the masseur tried to rectify it but to no avail. A small room heater should have been available if needed.

I would have liked better ambiance in the massage room. It looked kinda dull and drab. There were also some wet wash clothes left on the counter when I came in and the massage therapist quickly moved them away. The massage was good. For the facial, I had a great experience. My skin looked great after and still feels good. The massage therapist and the esthetician were both very nice. I would have liked some hand warmer mitts during the facial. I’ve been given them at many other places as part of the facial and it would be a nice thing to include.

Ilsa was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was given options and she listened to what I wanted. She also answered my questions and provided some education about things I was curious about as well. Much appreciated!
