I reserve a top score for the most exceptional service. I was satisfied with my service, but I didn’t feel that it exceeded my expectations.

I came in early hoping I could also schedule a back facial in addition to my regular facial. I was given a form to fill out and I guess because I marked off that I had had cancer, I was then given another form to fill out, which angered me!! I've never been asked to fill it out for a facial before! My cancer was 20 years ago and I don't feel it was relevant especially all the questions on where surgery was performed, etc. I don't mind signing a waiver that relieves H&S of responsibility from any problems arising from the treatment, but I don't appreciate having to fill out a form! Then, when the treatment was over, the gal in front apologized and said the back facial was more than my membership fee and would be $30 more!!! She should have told me that up front and given me the option whether to do it. As it was, she didn't and since the service had already been performed, I had no choice but to pay...but I was NOT happy. My esthetician, Glenda, was very nice but I looked at my face before I left in a dark hallway and it looked okay but when I got home I saw that I had a red spot on my forehead (I assume from an extraction)! Right in the middle!!! I hope it goes away.

I would have liked strokes on the extremities of the body that were not the main focus since it was a full body massage. We talked about my MT massaging a specific area but it was not touched. But over all he did all of the other requests. He was great.

Rooms was noisy. People were talking next door throughout the entire hour. Very loud. My back and neck are sore today, too much pressure applied.

The massage was fine but definitely not memorable. Therapist seemed to be going through the motions, not that invested in my experience.

Very satisfied with service and professionalism.

There was a couple in the waiting area while I was waiting for my massage. They were watching a video at a high volume. I thought it was quite rude. I am quite sore today so I probably should have told my therapist to go a little lighter but it is also probably better for my muscles that were causing me trouble.

Different experience/style from previous aesthetician at a NJ Hand and stone location.

I was satisfied, not blown away. I’m not unhappy with my experience. Highly satisfied is not a reasonable standard.

My facial was great and so was the person giving it. I was just confused about the timing. I started at 12:10 and was finished by 12:50 so it was only 40 minutes of hands on time.
