At time of scheduling the receptionist didn't give the correct cost and paid more then expected. Also didn't have knowledge of gift card that had money left on it.

The prices for each service is fair enough but the prices just increased by too large a margin which makes me unsure of continuing my membership.

Massage techniques could have been better. Pain came back the next day. Products used were not pleasant to the smell

When I want a massage I would like to go when I am having discomfort not when the time slots are available weeks ahead.

The prices are too high. You can tell they are over priced at how often there are specials or sales. The receptionists are rude for the amount of money the services cost. They speak very differently to different patrons and do not seem invested in the company.

No retreat room. I used to a quiet retreat area.

The pressure was very hard and I didn't feel it till later on the afternoon. Therapist was fine but did not check in enough with me on the area I told her to be careful of on my lower back.

As a chain I think essential oils would upgrade the experience overall. Also as a chain, a transition room to the back would help the overall experience. The linens and beds could also be upgraded to be softer and larger/more comfortable.

There were particular movements used,. particularly around the throat, that was uncomfortable.

I don’t like your 50 minute schedule. I would prefer 1 hour, 90 minutes, 120 minutes. I also think consistent staffing is challenging.
