Charged extra for deep tissue which is odd. The cost vs. my massage therapist is the same. I would go back if my own massage therapist was not available.

It is very difficult to book an appointment online. It is also difficult to get an appointment with a female massage therapist unless it's booked very far in advance. Once the appointment is booked, only one reminder is necessary.

I give very specific direction and while my therapist spends a little bit of time on my problem area, he spends most of his time elsewhere on non-problem areas.

I have a membership overall the massage therapist do not listen to problem areas, this is the first time since about 20 massages they listened and Ken was great. Also I never feel I get a full 50 minutes

Felt that the appointment was rushed compared to previous visits, and the facial was not as thorough.

It doesn't have a retreat. I feel rushed in and out because of that. May more of variety of music. No eye covers.

There was just some stuff during massage that seemed amateur.

I was very pleased with my treatment and the price. The staff is always very professional and kind and the facility is clean which is extremely important to me.

Although I explained that I left a cask tip the receptionist didn’t quote me the correct amount Left on my gift card I called back and manager corrected information
