Therapist mainly went through the motions, could have used more pressure and areas focus on target areas. More of a general approach.

I wanted to have a facial on the same day but I would have had to wait for 2 hours. My therapist was not very friendly. I had to pay for parking.

I found the whole process to be very relaxing. My therapist was very kind and knowledgeable. My only complaint (if you can even call it that) is that in prior massages I had received a scalp massage which is one of my favorite parts but I did not receive one this time. It may have been due to focusing more on other areas however so I am not upset about it.

I've gotten sensitive skin facials in the past and this time around with my consent a different line of products were used. I actually liked the products that were used previously.

The aesthetician was great but did not tell me that she gave me an add-on and I was almost charged for it. They did waive it, but I don't want any surprises. I also usually get a good message during a facial but did not this time. While the mask is on, they should ask if we want a food message or a head massage, not just assume.

Very knowledgeable. Already see improvement from treatment. Also, very relaxing.

The massage was not relaxing. Aggressive short movements. The music was loud in the back and awkward.

The room temperature is a bit too cold and the ambience could be more cozy and “spa like”

I feel hand n stone should incorporate other types of massage.
