Very difficult to book a facial and massage back to back. It seems there is a limited number of female masseuses working at this location which makes it somewhat inconvenient.

Check in was efficient and friendly. My massage therapist Andrew was professional, asked appropriate questions to be sure to meet my expectations, and asked about and then worked on my problem areas. Upon leaving, the receptionists were disorganized and couldn’t answer my questions about a product. She seemed to be overwhelmed and not able to just focus on my question or come up with a way to answer it. Otherwise it was lovely.

It seemed to me that the services were two or three minutes shorter than they were supposed to be. I think the providers should err on the side of giving two or three minutes more rather than the other way.

Had one massage therapist she no longer there in transition finding someone as good as she was. Others lack certain small attention needed make it a highly satisfying experience

I was unable to request a specific massage type when I initially booked my appointment (my only options appeared to be "Massage" or "Hot Stone Massage" but I told the receptionist and she immediately changed it.

They changed my appointment 3 times. Messed up my whole day. Also the beautician did not leave the room before the treatment and I had to undress in front of her. Not major but just a little too personal

I was in pain for a day afterwards and during half of the massage felt discomfort during it. Second half was great. Also left with membership but unclear about much of what was in the packet of “goodies”

The services themselves are always great. They have knowledgeable staff and i always feel comfortable with my massage therapist or esthetician. However I usually have a difficult time getting an apptointment time that is convenient for me unless I book 1 months an head of time. There should be a priority for members who spend their money monthly to get appt times they want.

I felt overall that the experience was good, but was not necessarily better than similar experiences I have had. While there is no specific complaint or issue, it did not stand out among massage experiences I've had. The likelihood of my returning has more to do with the frequency I get massages rather than the service there. I'm less likely to get another one within 90 days.
