Scheduling appointments in real-time when immediate pain relief is required tends to be very difficult. I’d like to see more windows available for last minute needs.

It's a beautiful place but I don't like being told what to tip. That's in bad taste in my opinion. And my skin did not feel hydrated/smooth.

When the receptionist call my house to confirm an appointment I don't like when they said Hey. They need to be more professional. I ask if I can come in for a lip and eye treatment the receptionist said they don't do that. I would like to know why they don't do that. How come ever time I get a good staff person they wine up leaving what is going on.Can you answer that for me. Thank You

During my visit in May 2018, I signed a paper to freeze my membership for July 2018. There was a mix up and it has been frozen since then. Yesterday, when I was confused about the amount due, the receptionist lacked patience to explain the situation and appeared annoyed at my questions.

The services were fine - not amazing. I felt as if the aesthetician was rushing through the process a bit. She did spend a lot of time extracting -- which I needed and that was great. So maybe that's why the rest was rushed? Juts seemed a bit rote.

I was disappointed when I left the room that no one offered me any liquids.

I signed up for a 60 minute massage. We started late and ended early and it was less than 60 minutes.

When I entered the massage room and explained the pressure I liked and where I wanted her to focus, she seemed to think I was asking for a deep tissue massage (I wasn't). She didn't check in on the pressure during the massage and while I'd asked for a firm pressure there is a difference between firm and painful and she really rode/crossed that line. Also, it felt very rote -- I'm willing to be it was a strict 15 minutes per side, per limb. There just wasn't any flow and as a result I never truly relaxed.

The massage room needs to be better decorated (like the bathroom) and the music should be better.

The massage was good, not great. I have no complaints and will certainly try another massage soon.
