Maybe the aestetician should explain about the products used during the treatment. Treatment should be explained also before actual treatment, to understand the process. Maybe a brochure while waiting in waiting area before being treated would do the job.

Many spas have a relaxation room for pre and post treatment usage that is separate from the reception area. This would have enhanced my experience, and also I would not have noticed that my appointment started late. I think it would raise the overall spa experience for the customer to have such a dedicated area.

My hair felt greasy after the scalp massage. I also thought the massage was supposed to be a full hour and it ended before a full hour was up. I don't know if my prior comments registered or not - basically the massage was fine but nothing outstanding. I do wish there were a way to leave anonymous feedback after each session as some therapists are better than others and it's uncomfortable to leave that feedback in person if you weren't really happy with the experience.

Facial was very rushed and she did not massage skin or face. She was incredibly unknowledgeable about skin products (didn't explain them or know any of the products I was using and if they would interact) did not do a scrub, microderm was rough..extractions were painful. I've has 5-6 facials a year and have never had no results after a facial before.

I had a problem with booking my appointment then they tried to charge me for missing sn appointment that I had cancelled and then there was still a problem with the day I actually came in for my appointment.

One of the creams burned my face after the woman applied it. It was very tingly and I wanted it off immediately. There was no questions before hand if I had sensitive skin or allergic to any products. Usually you fill out a questionnaire before getting a treatment and none was provided to me.

As someone who works full time, would be nice if there were more weekend appointments available.

The facility is always clean and comfortable. The massages have always been good to great- never a bad massage. The value allows me the opportunity to have a monthly massage, which is wonderful.
