For a facial, the neck and décolleté are included in the treatment, but not in your establishment. During the procedure, when I noticed the esthetician was not working on my neck, I asked her about it who mentioned it was a supplement, but I had not been advised about it. Nobody at the reception could give me an answer about the price. That was a disappointment as I especially added the glycolic treatment .

Since it is a little out of the way, I prefer to do back to back massage/facials, and I am afraid of the meters running out so I prefer to do sundays for both those reasons. It's not always easy to get appointments on sundays and I can't always book ahead due to my work schedule. The services were good-I thought Tommy did a great massage and I hope that I can get my services in on Sundays.

I went to a different location and was asked if I wanted lavender or eucalyptus and I wanted eucalyptus. Wasn’t offered an option at this location

I have tried four different massage therapists, and the first three were not good. This one is very good and I am satisfied, however his availability ending at 6pm on weekdays, and no weekend availability might cause me to miss an appointment, as I am traveling from work. I would prefer if the hours were more flexible for him. Also, I do not like the location- parking is difficult. I wish there was a hand and stone located in new rochelle or somewhere closer to me.

It is just so difficult to get an appointment! I can never get the time or day that I'm looking for. Especially since I prefer female massage therapists. I have never gotten an appointment when I've called...I always wait weeks.

Difficult ro get an appointment short term, they are often booked. Asthetician was great but I was disappointed that decolletage was not included in facial.

The people at this location (Mamaroneck) are lovely. It is just hard to book appointments at times for a massage. But when I am there, everything is great.

The facialist used gloves which was uncomfortable and irritating. Never have I experienced this before with previous girls. Would not return if gloves are used.

I feel Hand and Stone services should be expanded to include combination packages. Also your appointment s should be a full hour.
