Computers were down and we could not book future session

The level of service is fairly basic, while the prices are fairly high. After many visits I have not found a long-lasting solution to my skin problems. There should be a mirror in the treatment room so I can check what I look like before I exit.

I would like to have more flexibility in the massage hours. It would be great to have a more detailed description of the therapist skills (hot stones e.g.) in order to be able to have the best match.

The temp control in the rooms can be off as well as the lobby. Would be nice to have a coat rack in the last lobby as well as tea/coffee.

My issue was when scheduling. I really wanted a massage but I was unable to make an appointment because the two massage therapists I have liked in the past are no longer there. The only one that had availability was a therapist I did not think paid attention to me during the massage. I had informed the receptionist on the phone that I worked until 4 and the earliest I could get there was 4:30. She continued to give me times with the therapist I did not want. That is when I changed it to a facial.

I booked an appointment for a couples massage for October which was cancelled by your team a few hours before appointment time. We were only able to find time for a rebook until December. This was supposed to be a birthday present, so we were very dissapointed. That being said, we appreciate the complimentary aroma therapy given because of the cancelation last time.

I had an 1pm appointment and I didn't get in the room until 20mins after the appointment.I wanted to leave a tip that was lower than the suggestion gratuity and she made it clear that the amount was not good enough so she made me feel that it's obligated to leave more than I wanted to give. I left $20.00 as a tip that I really didn't have but I did because I felt pressure not to leave less than that amount. I wanted to leave $10.00

Hard to get appointments

I was thinking about canceling my membership prior to my time before last because I felt I wasn't getting the type of muscle pain relief I wanted. However, William changed that and gave a great massage, really acknowledging where I had tension and focused on relieving the knots. Only feedback this time around that the Swedish massage I had this time was meant for relaxation vs knots, I felt the pressure was a little too light. But overall, I think William is great and the reason I didn't cancel my membership.
