I felt there was too much down time during the facial. Although I did receive massage during some of the downtime, I Believe an excellent facial has hands on at all times. Ind

The massage therapist kept asking me if I was okay and the pressure was okay. Asking once or twice is fine, but when it's every 10-15 minutes, there is no ability to relax. There was also noise in the hallway often that was audible from the massage room.

I am missing some decoration to make me feel in a spa (pictures, flowers, wood) and really relaxing music or sounds. I am also missing a resting time (15') if not a resting area. Herbal tea would also be great.

The scheduling for a facial and massage is very difficult to get. I felt the aesthetician could of done more extractions.

I was not highly satisfied because I wish there was a relaxation room to rest in before or after your appointment.

I have been there now for a massage and a facial on two separate occasions. On both occasions, my time for my appointment began 5-10 minutes late and ended about 5 or so minutes early, leaving the actual time that I was worked on short of what was expected. I completely understand if the appointment starts a bit late, but then I expect to have the amount of time I expect given to me and not be made up on my time.

The aesthetician spelled like cigarette smoke when she entered the treatment room. Although the service was very good, the odor was a distraction and I would be hesitant to book this person again.

My appointment did not start in time, and although I enjoyed my massage and the "energy" I felt, I did ask for deep tissue for pain and "firm" pressure, but didn't get very strong pressure.
