Hand and Stone

It was my first visit and there should always be room for improvements especially as I feel more comfortable. I was offered free aroma therapy since it was my first visit. I never got it and I forgot to ask for it.

It was my first time having fun a facial in a spa No other experience to compare it too I was very happy with the outcome and I am looking forward to a stone massage

I was satisfied, but not highly satisfied, because I would have wanted more deep and localized pressure between my shoulder blades.

The therapist used a one hand technique most of the time which I feel is less effective than using both hands.

Pressure was too hard. I asked to go lighter several times. Also had appt with female, but was switched to male without anyone letting me know.

The massage therapist are knowledgeable

I had to wait a while and my appointment did not start on time.

Lavender scent is not strong enough, despite the therapist using ample amounts amount. Perhaps consider switching product brands

Everything was so nice...I am satisfied.
