I was satisfied enough, everyone was professional and polite, but nothing stood out that was any different than other places I've been to. The spa was very clean, neat, etc. but that's the way it should be. to be highly satisfied for me would be to receive some type of perk before you go, maybe a free sample of a cream or maybe a 5 minute sample demonstration of another service - like placing a hot stone on someone's back for a minute and saying we offer this service, or a hot towel , whatever.

I thought it was a nice experience and am actually coming back tomorrow for a facial. I may also bring my son for a teen facial.

The massage is between 40 - 45 minutes making the cost competitive with spas. It's not a 50 minutes massage

I am used to the full services at Tranquility Spa which include steam room, full shower and private changing room services. Plus the amount of services are limited

It was very good. I was satisfied, but there are more luxiorious spas and there are certainly less expensive options too. However, overall very good and I'm likely to be back

The relatively small space just inhibits it from providing a HIGHLY satisfies atmosphere like some bigger spas I have been too. That's not anyone's fault.

There was confusion about the billing for my membership which continues to be an issue whenever I book and appointment. The date of billing is scheduled for the 14th each month and I have been told on multiple occasions it would be changed to the 1st of each month. It was never changed and so impacted the amount due and when it is due. The manager and I discussed the issue and clarifications were made. I left feeling more comfortable but not highly satisfied with the billing process.

The spa had more of a clinical feel to it, which made it feel a bit cold, aesthetically. It would've been nice to have a guest lounge, reclining chairs, or sauna for clients to relax in their robes/slippers as they wait for their next appointment (like if you have a facial and massage back to back and aren't going to put your clothing back on). Note: The staff was great -- the interior design and ambiance beyond the reception area needed some work.
