Therapist was firm and concerned that I was comfortable..personally felt that forv5he price it should have been 60 mins and not 50 mins. I am a life long massage recipient and I felt that there price point was slightly higher for returning customers at the $149 price point for 50 mins

I enjoy my experience at Hand & Stone. My therapist whom I see regularly is really fantastic and I was actually introduced to her through pre-natal massages. The only thing I'm unaware of is how to utilize the app and redeem points. Thank you.

I don’t think I really understand the membership reward program. I received a reward at my first visit after I renewed my membership. But, I haven’t received another one since.
