I love Alexandra. She is the best esthetician on-site for me. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, and makes me feel like a VIP!

First, I will start with the parking. Drove up Mamaroneck Ave and got a space right in front of Hand and Stone, was pleasantly surprised! Upon entering, both receptionists were lovely and very welcoming. The reception area in general was peaceful and inviting. My massage therapist was great, although I should have asked for more pressure, that was my fault.

Appointment was on time, Masseuse was friendly, knowledgeable, concerned with my comfort, ensured that level was of pressure acceptable and that no discomfort in any of her actions/techniques. Very pro-active in asking about my needs, and willingly provided general information about sleep patterns/positions to assist my long term care.

Alexandra took very good care of me. She basically is the only reason I keep coming back. Her skills and knowledge reflects in her work .

My masseuse, Andrew, is the reason I continue my membership. He’s amazing, knowledgeable and works out the tension in my muscles. I try to make an appointment every other week and I am never disappointed by his services.

Karen provided excellent service. She listened to my concerns, did a thorough analysis of my skin and made important recommendations.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and caring.
