The quality of the massage was excellent and the therapist Melina was very effective in addressing the specific back pain I was experiencing. She also recommended some self care things such as icing and heat. I have a lot of experience receiving Swedish massage as my mother and sister are both licensed masseuses, and I was not disappointed at all in the quality of the massage at Hand and Stone.
