I myself, am a massage therapist. I went in for my appointment, and I was greeted almost instantly by the receptionist. I had the option of filling out my intake online, which I did beforehand. Minutes later, right on the dot, I was greeted my Massage therapist for the day, Carmen. Carmen was very professional in the way she introduced herself, and on top of me filling out the intake form, she asked me a few quick questions to make sure that I had no contraindications. That massage was fantastic, and what made it even better was the fact that I had heard about her being a great massage therapist before hand. Me being able to experience it solidified it, and I’m not surprised that it was that good. Carmen’s room was very well kept, and the service she provided was phenomenal. After that service, I went to book another massage, but I think I’m going to buy the monthly service now just because of that massage. I highly recommend the Mammaroneck Hand and Stone to whomever reads this, and I recommend booking a session with Carmen. Although she was not my first massage ever, she was provided the best massage I have had in a while. I will be back!

I first tried to book an appt on the website. When I got to H&S it wasn’t in the system. The receptionist was great and helped me get an appt oater the same day. But I wasn’t satisfied about the web booking mechanism

Everything was great! I was disappointed that you changed brands of the candles you used to sell. I just retired and money is very tight. If I could go more often I would, but I really can’t afford too. This was a gift from my daughter. I also want to say that my masseuse, Oliver, was above and beyond! The best massage I have EVER gotten!!!!!

My massage therapist helped relieve my shoulder pain. She used the perfect amount of pressure and I felt better afterwards.
