I have been coming to H&S since January 2021 the massages are the best. Great staff, clean environment, and very inexpensive. I would recommend going if you haven’t already.

Relaxing and clean environment with very warm welcoming staff. My massage therapist, Isla was amazing. She was very thoughtful, informative and spoke in a very relaxing/soothing manner. I felt relaxed just speaking with her about the session. I will definitely request her specifically when I book my next massage!

My masseuse was very attentive to the areas I explained were tight. It was an overall great massage. I just wish I had booked an 90 min one instead … which I plan to next time.

I honestly love this spa. I pretty much encountered very friendly staff and very knowledgeable and experienced masseuse and facial technicians. Both of my favorite people have left and I’m on a mission to find people to replace them.
