The therapist was great. Actually I was thinking to cancel the membership because of the monthly cost but decided to stick to the therapist.

Valeria was friendly, bubbly and pleasant. That is what I want from a facialist, I want this to be a jovial relaxing experience, which it was. My face was breaking out really bad due to a number of elements and as soon as I left I could see a difference. A noticeable difference. My acne was much better and the texture of my face was much much smoother. I am extremely satisfied. Also the staff at the front desk really were exceptional and friendly. Greeted me right away, welcoming smiling. I would say to people who are weary that the price is excellent for what you get. I think well worth it. The key is come EARLY. People have to understand, like with any appointment based visit, you have to come EARLY not on time. As someone who is ALWAYS late...I had to make sure I was on time. Coming late interferes with customers for the entire day, it's a domino effect. If you come early you will find this to be a 5 star experience. I also highly recommend Valeria specifically!
