For my first time, the experience was fantastic. From beginning to end ALL staff made me feel welcomed which eased the stress I was under (since it was my first time). I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

My original appointment had to be cancelled bc the therapist was unavailable. I was given anew time slot that worked well for me and Alexandra gave me a fabulous massage. She was knowledgeable and thorough. In fact, I booked a facial with her based on my massage experience.

The reason for rating the highly satisfied box so many times was simple. I think Ken is a wonderful therapist. He listens to what my problems are and then specifically works on them. All the other therapists do just a little and stick to their own routine but Ken really focuses on those areas.

Everyone is pleasant, the facility is clean and the massage therapist I have been requesting for the last several months is excellent. I have also come to love the hot stone massage which is very soothing and allows for greater relaxation.

Both services were awesome! Very relaxing.
