I felt it was clean and safe. It was very relaxing. The people at the front desk were very nice and the massage therapist Icela was great.

I always receive great service there. I have not been there since March. I received a facial which was wonderful. I already have booked a massage for next week.

I went in feeling not so well because I was in pain on the right side of my body and the therapist was so wonderful in listening to how I felt. She has a very good touch and wonderful energy!

I know there is no place that can guarantee 100% safety, but I think Hand and Stone is doing what it can to protect clients. I did keep my mask on the whole time because I felt it was safer. There is a massage therapist I prefer to work with and that continuity made the visit more comfortable. Also, there was no one in reception when I got there and one person came in and was at the desk, so there was enough social distancing.

Yalitza is wonderful and I enjoy every appointment I have with her! Front desk staff is also exceptional.
