Hand and Stone

I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone I the past at another location, the staff was inflexible, immature, and rude. I decided to end my membership and during that time I visited the Mamaroneck location and was pleased every time. The staff is both inviting and professional. The environment is clean and sanitized (even before the pandemic) the massage therapist were both knowledgeable and respectfully (sometimes a little chatty but that’s ok so am I 😉). I have already recommended the Mamaroneck location to several people and I’m sure they will definitely come take a visit. My therapist on the day that I went was AMAZING (her started with an O) anyway keep up the great work!

The experience at Hand and Stone was extremely relaxing. All the massage therapists that have worked on me have been excellent. They always ask about and address my specific needs. Making appointments is easy and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The therapist listened to my complaint and focused on those areas.

Both the receptionist(s) and my therapist were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for an enhancement at the last second and they happily obliged. After months of no services due to Covid, it was a pleasure to come back.

The staff took the time to explain the new procedures prior to coming in. My therapist asked if I wanted to wear a mask at any point during the massage. I felt incredibly comfortable returning to Hand and Stone after the COVID shut down.

My therapist is consistently good and listened to my massage needs. Pressure adjusted to my preference throughout my massage.

I have been coming to Hand and Stone since last November and enjoyed having a monthly massage. I must admit I missed my regular massage therapist, Andrew, but Kenneth was very good. I like the fact that the staff protected every clients health and safety. This speaks well of the establishment and staff.
