I like the highly professional approach. Reception guided me to relaxing immediately. The technician gave me options and suggestions on skin care without being forceful. In all, it added to the pleasure a wonderful facial experience.

Everybody was very nice and knew what they were doing, it was my first time ever there and they made me feel very welcomed, the woman who did my facial was very nice and did a good job.

The reception staff are always courteous and helpful. I have had a few different therapists during my visits and they have all been very professional and thorough. I never have to worry about scheduling one massage therapist in particular, since I know I will always be taken care of.

My massage therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to hear my needs and made sure to check throughout the process to ensure my comfort. The prices are always very fair and I do not feel like my services are ever compromised. I was also impressed with my therapist giving me tips to help with my lower back pain in between the time of my massages.
