Hand and Stone

My facial was both relaxing and profession. The person delivering the service was familiar with my previous facial and some difficulty I had with itching.

I really like Sandra. And I like the man that I had a deep tissue massage with also. (I forget his name, unfortunately!)

I always feel welcomed by the staff, (especially friendly and warm is Rebecca..I can't say how wonderful she is and what an asset I feel she is to your company) I have to say that all of the therapist I have had so far have been very knowledgeable and very good at their skill. I am always happy when I leave..Thank you

Everyone in the reception area was welcoming and friendly. Massage therapist was awesome, very friendly and helped me feel relaxed and help alleviate the pain I had been having for weeks! I also got a last minute facial which was very relaxing, I didn’t buy any products even though she did show me/give me recommendations - totally not her fault, I just keep a very minimal skin care regimine that works for me :)

Knowledgeable and skilled therapist who was able to meet my needs

First of all, I'm happy there is a Hand & Stone store in my home town, it makes it quite simple to visit for a facial or massage. I've had a few different estheticians over the couple of years I've been coming and found a couple that I like most. I also like when new customer prices are offered to me.

This was my second facial ever. I felt that Trish was a true delight. I felt very comfortable and felt she was knowledgeable about her trade. I would recommend her highly and most definitely will return for another facial in the near future.

I enjoy coming there. I love the atmosphere, and the particular therapist is great.

The main reception room at hand and Stone and Mamaroneck is very well appointed, stylish and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, recognized me immediately, offered me a beverage and suggested I have a seat. It was not long before the aesthetician came out and took me into a nicely prepared room. The lighting and music were lovely, the aesthetician was knowledgeable but gentle, and her treatments had my skin glowing.

I am always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Icela is a wonderful therapist and the reason I continue to come back. Booking is never a problem as the receptionist works around my schedule.
