I was highly satisfied because I received an appointment right away over the phone from this location. Even though there had to be a quick swap for a different tech, everything went well. I was contemplating terminating my membership because I've had nothing but issues with the Ridge Hill location. The employees in Mamaroneck location were wonderful I will be making this my new location.

The place was nice. The person answered any questions I had. She also did what I asked. It was easy to book an appt.

Audrey is excellent. She gave an excellent massage and my sciatica was bothering me a lot and after her massage I did not have that discomfort at all. Please keep her available

Rebecca at the front desk was very knowledgeable and professional. Icela was such a pleasure to speak with and she addressed my sore areas and perfect pressure used throughout the massage.

Receptionist (Rebecca I think) went out of her way to help me including filling the parking meter so I didn’t get a ticket!

Andrew did my massage and Angela did my facial and both were superb! Andrew however totally knocked it out of the park with his professionalism and expertise - He was great as a masseuse and made me feel comfortable at all times. HIGHLY recommended!

Angela gives the best facials and service. Shes a pleasure to talk too, and, truly explains everything. She leaves you with plenty of knowledge that will always be useful.

My therapist, Joe, welcomed me warmly, remembered my last massage and my problem areas, asked about my current condition and areas I wanted him to pay attention to.
