Adam, the massage therapist, is excellent in terms of skill and professionalism. The receptionist (whose name I cannot remember, but as long, straight, dark hair), is warm, professional and informative.

I have been Karina’s client for a long time. She is always welcoming and friendly. For me, it’s like spending time with an old friend. We chat and laugh and have a great time. This is in addition to my total confidence in Karina’s expertise. I trust her implicitly.

The absolute only reason I only put "Highly" with regards to continuing my membership is the recent increase in the cost. It is getting to a point where the value of paying monthly vs. just paying a massage therapist when I want/need a massage is becoming too narrow to justify.
